Our baskets on wheels with a handle (the Value Basket and Genslide) are ideal for medium-sized grocery stores with heavy foot traffic. This versatility means they can accommodate all customer needs. From those quickly popping in to grab a few essentials where they can just use the handle, to families tackling the large weekly food shop.
Our larger capacity basket trolleys (GenEvolution and Genplus 360°) are best for large supermarkets to allow customers to carry more products and make larger purchases.
How do trolley baskets with wheels compare to traditional shopping trolleys?
The key difference between a basket with wheels and a shopping trolley is in their size and capacity.
Our largest basket trolleys have a capacity up to 73 litres. Meanwhile, standard shopping trolleys can hold around 100-140 litres, with some larger models even holding up to 240 litres. This size and capacity makes them much more suited to large supermarkets and customers looking to make large, bulk purchases.
